Terms & Conditions
Acceptance
By placing an order or booking a workshop with Fleur Babes, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read the policies that apply to your purchase before confirming it.
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). For bouquet orders, the order total, including any applicable delivery fees, and the amount payable are shown in our order confirmation app before payment.
Bouquet Orders & Confirmation
- Orders are confirmed once full payment of the amount shown in the order confirmation app is received.
- Please ensure all order details are correct before confirming.
- Any changes after confirmation are subject to availability and may incur fees.
Sending an order enquiry via WhatsApp does not confirm your order. After discussing your order with us, review and confirm its details and complete payment through the order confirmation app.
Order Changes & Payment Adjustments
Agreed changes, including substitutions or switching from self-pickup to delivery, may change the order total. Any change in price will be agreed with you, and the revised total and amount payable will be shown in the order confirmation app.
Any additional amount payable must be settled before the revised order is fulfilled. Any payment adjustment will be confirmed with you. Payment adjustments are separate from cancellation refunds.
Flower Availability & Substitutions
- Flowers are subject to seasonal and market availability.
- Where necessary, substitutions will follow what we agree with you, using flowers of similar colour, style, and value. Any agreed substitution that changes the price is handled under Order Changes & Payment Adjustments above.
- Inspiration photos are references, not exact replicas.
Freshness & Quality
All bouquets are arranged using fresh flowers from trusted suppliers.
See our Shipping & Returns policy for flower care, handling after handover, delivery, self-pickup, and early collection conditions, and our complaint process for reporting concerns.
Bouquet Cancellations & Refunds
Bouquet cancellations and complaints are covered by the bouquet section of our Refund & Cancellation policy. Physical bouquet returns are not accepted.
Workshops & Events
Please check the session date, time, venue, ticket type, and price on the event page before booking. Follow the booking instructions and confirmation details for your selected session.
Workshop bookings have a separate cancellation policy. Please read the workshop section of our Refund & Cancellation policy. Bouquet delivery, collection, and complaint conditions apply to bouquet orders.
Use of Bouquet Photos
Photos and videos of final bouquets may be used for our portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise before delivery.
