Refund & Cancellation

Bouquet Orders

• Cancellations requested at least 72 hours before the delivery date may be considered for a refund of 20% of the amount paid.
• A 20% refund means you receive 20% of the amount paid back. It is subject to assessment and is not automatically guaranteed.
• No refunds are provided for no-shows, late pickups, or incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.

Contact us directly to request cancellation. Include your order details and delivery date so we can assess the request.

Payment adjustments following agreed order changes are separate from cancellation refunds. The 20% cancellation refund rule does not apply to these adjustments. See Order Changes & Payment Adjustments for details.

Bouquet Complaints

• Concerns must be reported within 2 hours of receiving the bouquet, with clear photos or videos.
• Natural flower characteristics, including minor imperfections, slight bruising, and colour variations, are not eligible for refunds.
• Fleur Babes assesses each concern and reserves the right to determine any replacement or compensation. Neither is guaranteed.

Physical bouquet returns are not accepted. Please review the handling and early collection conditions in our Shipping & Returns policy.

Workshops & Events

We understand plans can change. Please contact us at least 72 hours before the event for a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations within 72 hours of the event are not eligible for a refund.

Contact us directly with your booking details and session date to request cancellation. The bouquet refund percentage and complaint conditions do not apply to workshop bookings.
