Privacy Policy

Information You Provide

This policy explains how information is used when you browse Fleur Babes, contact us, place a bouquet order through our order confirmation web app, or book a workshop. This website does not require an account.

Depending on how you use our services, you may provide:

• Your name and contact details
• A recipient’s name, phone number, delivery address, and selected delivery location
• Bouquet preferences, delivery or pickup details, special requests, and greeting card messages
• Messages sent to us through WhatsApp or email
• Order and payment information, including payment adjustments
• Booking information, feedback, and complaint photos or videos

Please provide recipient information only when needed for your order and make sure you have permission to share it.

Orders, Bookings & Delivery

We use the details you provide to answer enquiries, prepare and confirm orders, arrange delivery or self-pickup, manage workshop bookings, and assess concerns about your order.

Bouquet enquiries on this website open WhatsApp with a prepared message. Opening the link passes that order text to WhatsApp; you then send the message there to contact us about your order. Workshop booking links open an external payment service, currently CHIP. Payment details entered on that service are handled there; this website does not collect card details.

Our order confirmation web app lets you select a delivery location using Google Maps, review the total including delivery fees, and make payment. After agreed order changes, the app shows the revised amount payable. We use the selected address and location, order details, and payment information to confirm your order, calculate delivery fees, and record payment adjustments.

Delivery details may be shared with GoGet to arrange your delivery. WhatsApp, payment services, and delivery providers handle information under their own privacy policies.

Browser Storage & Cookies

A theme cookie remembers your light, dark, or system display preference for up to one year, and a size guide cookie remembers whether you keep the size drawing open on design pages, also for up to one year. Some event pages load Instagram embeds, which connect your browser to Instagram and may use cookies or collect information under Instagram’s own policies.

Your Choices & Requests

Contact us if you want to ask about information you have shared with Fleur Babes, correct inaccurate details, or request its deletion. We will review your request and explain any information we need to keep for an existing order or booking. Requests about information held by an external service may need to be made directly to that provider.

Policy Updates

We may update this policy as our services change. The latest version will appear on this page with an updated date.
